This went great! I am mostly making this review just to mention a couple things for others who might have run into the trouble I had. Disassembling the rear sight was easy; but removing the rear sight base for me was not as simple as the video. If you’re like me and yours won’t budge; spray it with kroil and leave it over night, then (like in the video) you should use a brass drift punch tool (to avoid damaging the metal of your schmidt rubin). I got one on Amazon for like $5 with overnight shipping. If I hadn’t done those things then putting on this thing would have been impossible. But; I did manage to find great success

Mount is rock solid. Boresighted and then went on the range at 50 yds. First hits were upper left, but adjusted the sights to the final 3 shots...the cloverleaf in the bullseye. Great mount, easily followed directions, and absolutely complete in all respects. Thanks guys!

The mount fit perfectly and I purchased a vortex crossfire 2 scout that worked great. I took it to the range and was hitting within 3 inches of each shot @ 100 yards

This Mount for Swiss K11 is a must have! I paired the mount up with a HiLux LER BEC / SIG 1” rings. Hitting steel at 200-500 yards consistently with Alpha Echo Tango Ammo 147gr.

I have a Swedish and a Swiss mount from you. They work brilliantly with a Vortex Crossfire Scout scope. Initially I ran out of windage on the Swiss, but I turned the rail round and then it worked like a charm. Congratulations on a superb product. Louis de Bernieres in the UK.

Most of the pictures I had seen were with K31s so I was unsure at first of the visual appearance on my 1896/11. After 20 minutes of work I quickly found out it couldn’t have worked any better, and looks damn near like it was supposed to be on it. 10/10

The installation of this base was very easy and absolutely no modifications to the rifle so going back to open sights will be easy. I have a red dot sight for now will be looking for an extended eye relief scope soon but with my eyesight the red dot makes hits very easy out to 150 yards witch is about all the further I shoot anyway. My only wish is that someone made a good simple base to use a standard scope that wouldn't harm the rifles appearance.

We (Ace Recreational Equipment and Services Limited) warrants our NDT Scope Mounts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original owner. We will repair or replace (at our option) any such defective product when it is returned by the original owner with a copy of the original receipt. The repair or replacement will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling and insurance charges.
All other BadAce products that are not scope mounts such as carbon fiber handguards carry a 2 years replacement warranty.
