PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday)

Delivery time:

All Delivery time is estimated, NOT guaranteed and may be longer than expected due to custom clearance, invalid addresses, bad weather and other reasons that may slow down the progress irresistibly.

Discount and coupon codes: 

Please note that discounts and coupon codes are not stackable.

Limited Lifetime Warranty for BadAce Tactical Scope Mounts

We (Ace Recreational Equipment and Services Limited) warrants our NDT Scope Mounts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original owner. We will repair or replace (at our option) any such defective product when it is returned by the original owner with a copy of the original receipt. The repair or replacement will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling and insurance charges.

All other BadAce products that are not scope mounts such as carbon fiber handguards carry a 2 years replacement warranty. 

Lifetime Warranty for DiscoveryOpt Optics and Scope Rings

DiscoveryOpt products are subject to manufacturer's Lifetime Full Coverage Warranty. For details please visit https://discoveryopt.com/Warranty.html

International (outside of Canada and USA) Ordering

  • International orders are shipped via CanadaPost. There is no delivery guarantee on international orders.  We have no control over customs, international taxes, or other charges imposed by countries outside of the US and Canada.
  • We (Ace Recreational Equipment and Services Limited) are NOT responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and are not responsible for any customs. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact info@badacetactical.com if you have any questions.
  • Leaving a valid phone number is highly recommended in case the customs office of your country needs to contact you for importing fees or taxes. 
  • All international packages must include a customs form with values of the products. Please do NOT ask us to remove the value, claim it as a gift or somthing else.  As false declaration is against the law. 

Return Policies: 

Please note that shipping cost and duties are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for the return shipping. Refunds can't be applied to an alternate payment method and will be returned to the card used for the original transaction.

BadAce Tactical scope mounts, sights and handguards - these are our in-house products and we offer 30 days no question asked return policy

We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items within 30 days of receipts for an exchange or full refund/Credit (less shipping charges and/or duties). If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. You must send us the order number so we can verify your purchase. 

All returned items must be in original, undamaged condition with all parts included. Damaged or missing components are not eligible for refund.

Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns made after 90 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
No returns are accepted after 180 days from the date of receipt.

DiscoveryOpt rifle scopes and rings:

We offer returns for brand-new, unopened, unused DiscoveryOpt products within 7 days of receipts. If you would like to make a return, you must contact us by email to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. You must send us the order number so we can verify your purchase. 

DiscoveryOpt products returned after 7 days will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. 

We do not accept returns for opened/used DiscoveryOpt products, please refer to the factory lifetime warranty service if you need them serviced/repaired.  

Printful T-shirts and hats:

We outsource T-shirts and hats to the best Print-On-Demand vendor called Printful and we offer return/exchange for brand-new, unopened T-shirts/hats within 7 days of receipts. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. You must send us the order number so we can verify your purchase. 

We do not accept returns for opened/used T-shirts or hats.
