The scope rail is really easy to install but I’m having a hard time finding the right scope to fit it. Having a hard time bore sighting it, as I am running out of adjustment on the scopes I have tried. Maybe you have some suggestions on scope??

I haven't been able to use my M38 for some time because I wasn't able to focus on the open sites anyway more. I didn't want to damage the rifle by putting a scope on but this mount is a game changer. It was easy to install with no damage to the rifle and works really well.

I found the mount very well made. Install was easy. I shot the rifle in at 50 yards and all was good. It was holding nice groups of .75 to 1.0 with the cheapest 6.5 ammo I could find. First time I fired this rifle so I suspect with a little practice the accuracy could be brought to 1 MOA. Very pleased!

It was simple to install and I was surprised that it would hold zero. It does flex a little too much for my liking but I was able to hold fairly decent groups at 200 yards. All in all it was a great buy for the money. I really like the no drill feature for my collectable mil surps. I'll have to try some of the other mounts.

I purchased the mount a while back for the main reason that I have a Swedish M38 that I want to use for deer hunting here in Arizona. The rifle had already been put into a different stock so no lost collector value there. The mount went on easy as I expected it too, directions are very plain and easy to follow. A couple of trips to the local range and it's dialed in for a 200 yard zero with my hand loads. I am very satisfied so far with it and expect no problems come the hunt this year. Looks good on the rifle too.

This full length mount for the M96/38 Swedish Mauser is outstanding!! Very easy to install (my son did it) and it stays secure. Only touches the front part of the receiver. Very strong and scope holds zero. Strongly recommend this mount for anyone looking to get one.

I bought this mount to replace the scout mount I had purchased previously. The rifle shot this group with that mount and an ancient Tasco pistol scope. The new mount is installed, mounting a Vortex Viper PST scope. Easy to install. I haven't fired it yet, but if it works as well as rhe one in my My 39 Finn, I will be very pleased.

Wanted to put a higher powered optic on my M96 (6.5x55 Swede). I had the scout mount and a 7x scout scope on it used the longer mount to go to a 16x. So a very easy upgrade indeed. Very solid and I was able to shoot some 300 yard steel in just a few minutes. Very nice mount.

I have not mounted any glass to this base yet because I am still waiting on it to arrive, but I got this base in and as soon as I unboxed it, I was immediately impressed. The ingenuity and machine work are flawless. It installed in literally minutes and was super simple and straight forward. I was a little concerned with stability while shooting since all the securement looks to be in the front where it mounts, but once I saw how it was made and got it installed, I realized that it will be rock solid! I am very very pleased with it and can�t wait to put some optics on it and go shoot! I have owned this gun for 30 years and it will finally get the optics it deserves. Thanks Ace for the perfect solution for optics!!

NOTE: works for Swedish Mauser M38, M96, and M96/38 with BENT bolts ONLY. Does NOT work for Model 1894 Carbine or any other models.
