Bought Bad Ace scope mounts for both a m38 Swedish mauser and K31 Swiss rifle. Both Bad Ace mounts went on easily, good directions too, and scopes wiork very well with these Bad Ace mounts. Saved original sights and parts in case I sell the rifles. Saw a guy at the range yesterday and he looked at the scope on my M38 and said he wanted to mount a scope on his M96, so I gave him the Bad Ace info so he could order one. Bad Ace was helpful and answered questions I had in ordering the right mount too.
I got my rail had it mounted still waiting on a better scope to mount but it looks beautiful so far I’m very happy with the product, thank you so much.
Installation was easy with no problems. Seems to be a sturdy and stable mount. Mounted a 30MM Vortex Crossfire with low rings. All hardware torqued.
Range shots were consistent and had no problems.
I recommend this product.

The best scope mounting solution I’ve seen for a K31. Low rings and a 4-12x40 Vortex scope clears nice and low as possible. I did add a leather cheek riser for proper eye alignment but there’s no way around the need for that as this stock was made for using iron sights. The addition of the adjustable brass deflector is nice, but I also have the earlier version of this mount without it, and it’s always ejected spent cases just fine.
I first purchased one of your scout mounts for my K31 but the scope I had just didn't have the eye relief that I needed to make it work, so I bought this one. One thing the scout has was elevation adjustment screw was this one does not, again the scope I have didn't have enough elevation adjustment so I did a little packing out to give me the adjustment that I needed. Used it today and boom happy days.

Super products super service and delivery couldn't ask for better.could not afford swiss company prices so opted to give your mounts a go,and am I glad I did.needed mounts for a service rifle comp in 5 days they arrived in 3,to my disbelief. Mounted full size scope on the K31. Worked well. On this rifle though... I prefer the Scout Scope mount. Just my preference for this one. I have several of these mounts for surplus rifles and they all work well. Above average products. With above average customer service. If you are like me and have difficulty seeing with iron sights at an older age. You won't regret getting one.

Looks to be a rugged. well machined mount on the K-31. Being NDNT, the original sight can be reinstalled to the K-31's original military configuration with no loss in historical value.
Great mount, I had the pleasure of trying it out at the range yesterday. What impressed me was the stability, it was rock solid when I shot and the cartridges were expelled smoothly without any interference from the scope mount. Great addition to a phenomenal rifle.
Bought the bad ace mount for my k31 and turning it into my go to deer rifle, was super easy to install and not permanent so if I want to put rifle back to factory just drive pin out and put irons back on. Shot the rifle about 20 times and seems to be holding zero. Would definitely recommend if your wanting to put a scope on your k31 and not permanently bubba it. Awesome product guys God bless you.

NOTE: Traditional Picatinny rings typically use a single recoil lug at the bottom. However, we’ve found that some newer rings use two recoil lugs, and those are not compatible with this Picatinny rail. The rear (“tail”) section has only one slot due to limited space.

Limited Lifetime Warranty for BadAce Tactical Scope Mounts
We (Ace Recreational Equipment and Services Limited) warrants our NDT Scope Mounts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original owner. We will repair or replace (at our option) any such defective product when it is returned by the original owner with a copy of the original receipt. The repair or replacement will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling and insurance charges.
All other BadAce products that are not scope mounts such as carbon fiber handguards carry a 2 years replacement warranty.
