For Canadian Customers
We want to reassure you that there will be minimal impact to our domestic shipments. We have access to several reliable alternative carriers, including UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. To avoid delays, we will automatically switch to these carriers even if you selected the Canada Post shipping option at checkout—at no additional cost to you.
For International Customers (including U.S. and European countries) 🌎
International shipping may be more affected, as commercial alternatives to Canada Post can be significantly more expensive. If we are unable to find another carrier offering similar service at a comparable price, we will contact you via email and provide the following options:

Cancel the order for a full refund

Keep the order and allow us to ship it once the Canada Post strike is resolved

Switch to another carrier and pay for the additional shipping cost (we will notify you of the price difference in advance)
