All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Free Shipping in Canada and US:
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 in Canada and USA
Paying in Canadian dollars:
We accept PayPal if you would like to pay in Canadian dollars. Please contact us at info@BadAceTactical.com and let us know the products you would like to purchase. We will send you a PayPal invoice in Canadian dollars.
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday)
We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items within 30 days of receipts for an exchange or full refund/Credit (less shipping charges). If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We (Ace Recreational Equipment and Services Limited) warrants our NDT Scope Mount to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original owner. We will repair or replace (at our option) any such defective product when it is returned by the original owner with a copy of the original receipt. The repair or replacement will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling and insurance charges.
International (outside of Canada and USA) Ordering
- International orders are shipped via CanadaPost. There is no delivery guarantee on international orders. We have no control over customs, international taxes, or other charges imposed by countries outside of the US and Canada.
- "Small Packet International Air" - Please note that this option does NOT come with a tracking number and we are not responsible for any package lost or custom returns. Please select "Tracked Packet International" or "Xpresspost" if you need a tracking number.
- We (Ace Recreational Equipment and Services Limited) are NOT responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and are not responsible for any customs. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
