Return Policy:

We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items within 30 days of receipts for an exchange or full refund/Credit (less shipping charges). If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items.

Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable, and we are not responsible for the return shipping.

Orders returned after 30 days will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Orders returned after 90 days will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We (Ace Recreational Equipment and Services Limited) warrants our NDT Scope Mount to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original owner. We will repair or replace (at our option) any such defective product when it is returned by the original owner with a copy of the original receipt. The repair or replacement will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling and insurance charges.

International (outside of Canada and USA) Ordering

  • International orders are shipped via CanadaPost. There is no delivery guarantee on international orders.  We have no control over customs, international taxes, or other charges imposed by countries outside of the US and Canada.
  • We (Ace Recreational Equipment and Services Limited) are NOT responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and are not responsible for any customs. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact info@badacetactical.com if you have any questions.
  • Leaving a valid phone number is highly recommended in case the customs office of your country needs to contact you for importing fees or taxes.
